It really is all about balance. And by balance, I don't mean just being able to stand on one foot. Creating the space for work-family-friends-bills-and everything else often results in personal care being shoved right off the weekly planner. I invite you to take an hour just for yourself - you deserve it. This class runs the gamut from strong power moves to supported restoration in a fun, welcoming, small group format. Classes are limited to 8 participants to keep the vibe comfortable with room to spread out. The only requirement is that you be your authentic, genuine self. No experience required...all you need is a yoga mat. In the spirit of balance, and for a limited time, I am offering this class on an honor system. I understand that some weeks are better than others. Honor my time; honor your budget. Contribute what you can in that moment. If you're like me, this type of thing is often a little paralyzing.
